The hotel offers unforgettable views over the Bernese Alps and a big terrace facing the iconic mountain of Adelboden. However, the room is small, lacks hot water for drinking, and the packing space is limited. Assistance with luggage was inadequate, and there were no umbrellas in the room. The shower water tends to spread everywhere, and the quilt provided was small.
The hotel offers fantastic rooms with a balcony and a lovely view of the mountains, providing extreme comfort. The service was particularly helpful and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay overall. While the location is very nice and relaxing, offering a tranquil escape, the dining experience could have been better for the price paid. The facilities are well-maintained and add to the overall enjoyment.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were beautiful, tastefully decorated with a wonderfully comfortable bed, and had a lovely side view of the mountains, but I expected more given the impressive lobby and other common areas. The location was convenient, situated in a quiet village near Interlaken. The dining experience offered a great selection of foods, but there were some staffing issues that affected the breakfast service.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were beautifully set up, offering a spacious layout with everything I needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from my room was spectacular. However, the service was a bit lacking as the staff seemed more focused on completing tasks than engaging with guests. The location was fantastic, conveniently situated next to the bus station, but the dining experience could have offered more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were ready early, and we even got a surprise upgrade to a presidential suite. The room was lovely, exceptionally clean, and the large comfy bed exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the hotel is quite a distance if arriving by train or bus, but the central location off the main strip compensated for it well.
The hotel offers a great view and was clean, with complimentary water, fruits, and toiletries; however, a room change was necessary only after raising concerns.
